It’s that time of year again when I look back to see what you all enjoyed reading the most over the past year. Without further ado:
5. Breaking Down Barriers to Success – This post from early in 2023 resonated with many of you. It focuses on identifying barriers to successfully reaching your personal goals and what to do about them. Might be a good read for the new year, too!
4. Macros 101 – This series, which broke down the three main micronutrients, explaining why they’re important, how much you need each day, and what foods you can choose to fulfill the requirements, was also widely read. In addition, don’t forget about micronutrients; those are important, too!
3. Focus on the Body – I focus on body, mind, and spirit in my coaching, thus my content reflects these three areas. The blog posts, which were categorized “body” were the most popular, featuring everything about physical health–workouts, recovery, and more!
2. Recipes! – The runner up was all the recipes I’ve posted. I gravitate toward this kind of content, too. You should see my Pinterest! In 2024, I promised to post many more. Perhaps I’ll set a goal of a certain number? Stay tuned!
1. Review: Booty by Bret – The winner is the “Glute Guy” himself, Bret Contreras. I’m not surprised. He’s amazing and I’m sure many of you wondered about his workout program.
