Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 White potatoes diced. Leave the skins on for extra nutrients
  • 2 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 large white onion sliced
  • 1 bag Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees while you slice everything up.
  • Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with oil.
  • Add all the ingredients, spreading them out as much as possible in one layer.
  • Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and mix.
  • Add the remaining tbsp of oil and mix again.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until vegetables are soft and sausage is browned.
  • Serve with soy sauce drizzled on top.
