Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashew milk (unsweetened) you can substitute almond or regular milk.
  • 2 handfulls baby romaine Use iceberg, butter or romaine for a mild flavour.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop protein powder I like vanilla.

Equipment

  • high-power blender Nutribullet works well

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-power blender and blend until smooth.
