Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the wet to the dry and mix just until blended.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes on 350 degrees
  6. Cool on an oven rack and store in the fridge up to 5 days.
