- 1.5 lbs chicken breast sliced
- 3 bell peppers sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss all ingredients on a large baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve in low-carb tortillas or over a bed of greens with avocado._
