Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans tuna drained
  • 4 bell pepper halved and deseeded
  • ¼ cup olives chopped
  • ¼ cup feta
  • ½ can chickpeas optional
  • ¼ cup cucumber + tomato diced
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for peppers
  2. Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
