Ingredients
  

  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice cheese
For Waffles
  • 2 Eggo waffles optional
  • 1 cup Bisquik
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 large egg

Equipment

  • 1 Mini waffle maker

Method
 

  1. Toast the Eggo waffles or mix the waffle batter, if using a mini waffle maker.
  2. Spray a frying pan with oil and fry the egg.
  3. Cook the slices of bacon.
  4. Assemble your sandwich, adding the fried egg, bacon, and cheese lice between two waffles.
