Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. In a pot, bring almond milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add blueberries and vanilla. Cook 2 more minutes.
  4. Spoon into bowls, swirl in almond butter, and top with a drizzle of honey if needed.
